Yakima Chief Hops launched a product making fresh hops available to brewers and globally year-round

Fresh hops provide an almost unattainable freshness to a beer when used properly and the Company has developed a flash freezing process to retain the delicate nuances of fresh hops. These un-kilned hops have their lupulin glands preserved from both a physical and aromatic perspective. The Company initiated the initiative under the Frozen Fresh Hops Programme in cooperation with Wyckoff Farms.
