Chelsea Tessier started homebrewing in 2016, and now six years after joining the Edmonton (Canada) Homebrewers Guild, she has become president of the Guild as well as preparing to open her own brewery. Chelsea is very focused on diversity and in her view, change starts with hiring a diverse group of people and tailoring job descriptions to mesh a great company together.
