What’s the difference between a quantum computer and a classic computer?

Quantum computing is based upon the principles of quantum physics and related
phenomena such as superposition and entanglement to perform computations. As
opposed to classic computers which encode information in bits (1s and 0s), Quantum
computers go even further in reducing data crunching time by using the superposition and
entanglement features. In addition, quantum computers conduct the higher processing
speeds using much less energy.
