South African Government and President eased some of the Covid-19 related restrictions, including the lifting the ban on alcohol sales and reopening of beaches & limited religious gathering. Retail outlets can now sell alcohol between 10am and 6pm Monday to Thursday, with licensed outlets being able to serve alcohol on-site from 10am till 10pm, at which time they must close.
