Russia is introducing an export quota and duty system for wheat, barley and corn on February 15th as a means to fight ensure sufficient domestic supply for milling and feed purposes. In the case of wheat, the export duty would go to €50 ($78.40) per ton. There are hints the export restrictions could extend into the Crop 2021 season.
