New Belgium Brewing (USA) and Four Roses Bourbon announced the release of Oakspire Bourbon Barrel Ale, a pioneering and highly distinctive beer. The unique process uses a custom built, proprietary infusion method to pull flavour from bourbon steeped charred oak barrels and marries those bourbon flavours with a malty sweet, deep amber ale.
