New Zealand’s hop varieties are available to brewers as natural oil extracts thanks to the partnership between New Zealand Hops (NZH) and Totally Natural Solutions (TNS). The two companies forged a joint venture last year, that combined TNS’s patented extraction technologies with NZH’s hops to deliver a fully soluble hop oil that enhances aroma and flavour in beer. The new HopInspiration Premium NZH’s range feature the Nectaron, Kohatu, Moutere, Rakau, Taiheke, Waimea and Wai-iti hop varieties.
