New Zealand Hops well known for their specific flavours

New Zealand hop varieties are known for their aromatic flavours, especially the Nelson Sauvin, that has aromatic similarities to sauvignon blanc. This particular variety is being used by the Adobe Creek’s Owlbert Einstein IPA. The founder of Adobe Creek says that he finds flavours, like gooseberry and white wine from the Nelson Sauvin variety. Another variety that the brewery likes is Mouteka hop, evocative of zesty lemon and lime.
