Up North Distillery based in Idaho announced the release of their first single malt whiskey. The North Idaho Single Malt Whiskey is distilled from 100% malted barley sourced locally (grown in Northwest) and aged in American oak barrels. The approach follows the company goal to create products “farm to flask”.
