New Belgium Brewing and Flying Embers, a botanical brew expert, have created a limited edition of a sour beer, named Oh, Hi!, produced from New Belgium beer sour beer and Flying Embers Kombucha fermentation. The beer will be available in select premium retailers across California and Colorado, including Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Total Wine and Bevmo.
