An assembly member and Draughtsman Aleworks breweries announced legislation to assist breweries with duplicative licensing requirements. The legislation aims to bring the legislation into 21st century, by renouncing restrictions leftover from the Prohibition period. The legislation allows multiple license holders, under identical ownership, to sell their beer and wine products together at company locations.
