Readington Brewery and Hop Farms, one of the largest hop farms in NJ, is opening a beer production facility, to allow customers to enjoy a beer while gazing across their fields of hops. The brewery will focus on classic beers, made with local ingredients, but with beer styles from different regions, including pilsners with German, Czech and US styles. The hop farm will also produce ingredients like pumpkins and raspberries for further beer innovation.
