The Mosaic hop variety provides tropical fruit aromas and as a result make it one of the most desired hops by craft brewers who are widening the world of full-flavour IPAs. The variety emerged from a Washington state breeding programme in 2012 and continues to grow in interest as it can provide a beer with a blast of mango aroma, as well as a fruit punch flavour.
