A House Bill, number 45, sponsored by Rep Bill Bush and Dem Dover West, would allow Delaware breweries to own and operate up to five brewpubs in the state, (up from currently limit of three). The bill was filed on Dec 18th and is aimed for growth in the State itself, rather than outside.
