Concord Pacific vision for the former Molson Coors brewery site in Vancouver, BC, is one of high-tech campus with 300,000 sq feet of office space, 3,000 homes and a series of up to 25-story towers (including a retail component). The developer intends to pursue rezoning of the industrial property with the campus named Quantum Park.
