Molson Coors plans to invest $2.8b in its brewer campus in downtown Milwaukee (Wisconsin). The expansion project will be designated a newly approved Enterprise Zone, allowing the company to quality for $25m of performance-based tax credits over the next eight years, if the company meets hiring and capital expenditure targets.
