Molson Coors pulled out of the historic site, which it shares with Thomas Hardy Burtonwood bottling plant. The closure operation is forecasted to be complete by September 2021, with 25 jobs being at risk. The site produces 1% of Molson Coors volumes, the company planning to move the production to other sites across the UK.
