Kenary Brewery and Massachusetts Brewers Guild announced the creation of the ‘Hop Forward Equality’ website, to serve as a central clearinghouse for the industry in terms of diversity and inclusion initiatives, book suggestions, job posting and best practices. The duo is also launching a series of training sessions (virtually in the beginning) to help executives diversify their teams, as well as a video travelogue series to highlight brewers across the state and their contribution to diversity.
