Malteurop’s malthouse at Aire-sur-la-Lys has been certified for the production of organic malt as the configuration of the malthouse allows for production of small batches using organic barley from growers in the French Champagne Region. In conjunction, the company can offer customers full traceability for malt from grain to glass.
