Two businesses, FiveStar convenience store and The Stanford Food Mart & Donut Shop, in Stanford were approved by Alcoholic Beverages Control for malt beverage package licenses. A further 9 businesses published their intent to sell malt beverages (in The Interior Journal) and are awaiting approval. The result will be expanded shelf space for malt beverages.
