Mainstem Malt (northwest USA) is launching four new flagship malts: Cascadia Pilsners
– a crisp, low protein malt; Cascadia White Wheat – a smooth, full bodied pale malt;
Evergreen Pale – bold and flavourful pale barley malt, 100% Washington grown;
Evergreen Alder Smoke – an Alderwood cold smoked version of Evergreen pale malt.
These malts are regional blends of top grain varieties from a company founded in 2014
to support family farms, rural communities and landscape-scale conservation work,
while serving customers in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
