Kraft Heinz is nominating its CEO, Miguel Patricio as the food company’s Chairperson, subject to his reelection at the Kraft Heinz 2022 annual meeting of shareholders. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Mr. Patricio spent more than 20 years at AB InBev, part of the executive leadership team in various positions, with an extensive background in marketing.
