West Virginia (US) Governor, Jim Justice, plans a tax repeal which would result in an increase in the beer barrel tax by 431%. As expected, the initiative is heavily opposed by West Virginia craft brewers as the tax change would move West Virginia to the second highest barrel tax in the nation, behind Alaska.
