High beta glucan barley helps reduce visceral fat

High beta glucan barley, or pearl barley, has been discovered to help reduce visceral fat, via a study performed upon Japanese men and published in the National Library of Health. Barley touted as a grain rich in fiber, vitamins (such as B1), and minerals (such as chromium, phosphorus, magnesium, niacin, molybdenum, manganese, selenium).
