Hexo, the large Canadian cannabis producer, acquired Redecan, Canada’s largest privately owned licensed producer to further cement Hexo’s position within this growing market. The deal is valued at CAD925M and upon approval by shareholders will place the combined company on the verge becoming the top licensed cannabis producer, by recreational market share.
