Glenlivet provides rare whisky to raise funds (and awareness) for climate preservation.

Some of the world’s oldest whisky, distilled by Glenlivet Distillery in 1940 (some 80 years ago), was recently put up for auction, via Sotheby’s with proceeds estimated between $100,000 to $200,000. All proceeds will be donated to the ‘Trees for Life’ nursery, which grows rare, native trees every year across the Scottish Highlands to safeguard biodiversity.
