Farmers and brewers celebrated a successful Florida hop harvest as this relatively new hope story unfolds. The program started 6 years ago with the University of Florida development of a project to grow hops locally. Dozens of brewers and hop growers turned out for the field day at the University of Florida’s IFAS Gulf Coast research and Education Centre Wimauma, Eastern Hillsborough County.
