Finnish microbrewery special edition ‘Wasted Potential Imperial Stout’

There are many ways in which humanity used dung to smoke food and drink or cook
over it. Finnish microbrewery Ant Brew is using such an approach to create a unique
beer while also cleaning the town’s parks (Lahti). The brewery is collecting goose
droppings from Lahti’s parks as fuel to smoke malt which creates a unique stout beer.
