EU Commission has re-iterated the EU Green Deal resolutions: planting 3B trees by 2030; cutting methane emissions to decrease greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030; reducing air, water, and soil pollution; investing in green fuels; investing in innovative long-term energy storage to reach 2050 decarbonization objectives; increasing the charging points for electric vehicles; renovating up to 35M buildings; and increasing the renewables target to 40% by 2030.
