Diageo acquires Far West Spirits, the owner of the Lone River Ranch Water hard seltzer brand. The deal was announced in early March, without financial terms, and the deal was funded entirely with cash. The owner of Lone Rover maintained a minority stake and will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations as the CEO of the company.
