Deschutes, a craft brewer in the Pacific Northwest (USA) launched a new beer – Squeezt Rider West Coast IPA, a beer high in fruity hop flavor but low in IBU. The brewery has a long relationship with hops being a short four-hour drive from the major hop region, Yakima Valley. Deschutes selects hop varieties based on sensory attributes on a lot-by-lot basis to achieve the targeted flavour outcome.
