The Colorado legislature ended their 2021 session in early June passing four bills supporting Colorado craft breweries recover from the pandemic and return toward growth. The bills cover immediate financial assistance to breweries and longer-term objectives including ‘take-away’ beer sales and home delivery from licensed establishments including breweries. Also, these bills allow breweries eligibility for festival permits, sales tax relief, and possible rebates for on-site event costs over the next 18 months.
