Molson Coors announced the appointment of Eric Gunning as its Corporate Secretary, in addition to his role of Company’s Deputy Chief Legal Officer. Mr Gunning served as Associate General Counsel, Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer at Molson Coors International and VP of Global Legal and Corporate Affairs, prior to his current role.
