Silver City Brewery announced the launch of their Sonic Reign American Pale Ale, with a fruit character due to Amarillo hops and a classic, piney, Pacific Northwest hop experience due to Cascade hops. To brew this new beer, the brewing team abandoned all “sacred cows” and built a new recipe, incorporating new techniques to extract as much aroma and flavour as possible from all ingredients, and to generate a beverage that is as light-bodied, nimble and refreshing.
