The Company’s breweries utilize two types of energy – electricity and thermal, with the latter fulfilling almost three quarters of its total energy requirements. The thermal energy technology is not yet available at scale, but the pilot is aimed at addressing this scale issue and ultimately allow the use of renewable thermal energy from the sun to brew beer.
