Beginning in 2021, Michigan’s Marijuana Regulatory Agency released guidelines for THC-infused beverages, which may be available for sale at licensed marijuana stores, once guidelines are approved by the state licensing agency. The initiative would open the door to potential consumption at marijuana lounges or during specific events.
