Busy times at Holmdale Farm (NZ) during the hop harvesting period

The owner of the Holmdale Farm, Cameron Ealam and his extended family have been very busy during the hop harvest.  Hop picking machines start-up at 7am every morning and work 12 hours while the drying kiln works through the night. All to ensure the crop processed with maximum efficiency. Riwaka is a very popular, sought after hop variety.
