Beverage companies offering both alcohol and non-alcohol products

PepsiCo is making several investments in the alcohol drinks area as the company recently registered the trademark ‘Rockstart’, intended to be used for beer, alcoholic fruit cocktail drinks, malt beverages and hard seltzers. This signals PepsiCo is considering product launches involving beer-centric and hard seltzer products in a similar fashion to main competitor Coca Cola. PepsiCo also plans a September introduction for a new line of premium, nonalcoholic cocktail mixers, branded ‘Unmuddled’ and designed for consumers seeking experimentation, flavour variety and creating bar quality drinks at home.
