Automation seen as a way to brew smarter

Craft brewers see the benefits of automation, especially when it comes to reduced
water usage in cleaning and dispensing processes. Automation helps optimize a
number of processes during the production of great tasting beers. However, the
equipment needed to deliver such automations can be costly and is the reason why
routine processes, such as cleaning-in-place (CIP), are a more a cost-effective solution.
