Asahi sells the online retailer BoozeBud to its founders

Asahi Beverage has sold its on-line retailer BoozeBud back to the original founders as part of the review of the Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) e-commerce participation strategy. CUB will be focusing on its products through retail customers, securing visibility for their iconic brands through customers’ digital channels as well as working with other customers (including on-premise) to develop their on-line presence.
