AB InBev is suing Constellation Brands for using the Corona brand name on a non-beer product, Corona Hard Seltzer, seen as a breach of agreement between the two companies regarding the Corona Brand. Constellation Brands launched the hard seltzer at the beginning of 2020.

AB InBev announced that it will brew Stella Artois in the US, by autumn 2021, avoiding shipping the beer from Europe. The production shift will cost $296million and is is part of the $1bn investment plans for US production facilities announced earlier.
