The St Maarten Council of Minister decided to cancel the March 2021: the 41st St Maarten Heineken Regatta after months of careful preparation. Citing health safety measures surrounding the Covid-19 situation, it was deemed the event would not take place. Organisers are already preparing for the 2022 event, to take place from March 3rd to 6th.
