Terms and Conditions for the 9th World Barley, Malt and Beer Conference, March 22-24 2017, Vienna, Austria.

Deadline for Early-Bird is December 20th 2016.
The fee includes free access to the three days of the conference as well the evening social events (gala dinner, pub night), lunch, refreshments and conference documentation, as available. VAT will be applied to conference fees in accordance with regulations in the country where the conference is held. The VAT rate may change and the applicable rate on the date of receipt of registration will be applied. It may be possible for you to reclaim VAT paid, for more information please contact your local tax authorities. Full payment must be received before the conference. Payment can be made by bank transfer. The bank account details will be sent to you with your invoice.
Confirmation of Registration

Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 4 weeks before the start of the conference, subject to an administration charge of €150. It is regretted that refunds cannot be made after this date, but substitute delegates are permitted, if notified in advance in writing. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.
It is recommended to make your hotel booking as early as possible. If the desired category is already fully booked, RMI Analytics AG reserves the right to arrange accommodation in another category.
All changes and cancellations are to be made in writing and addressed solely to RMI Analytics.
In case of cancellation without prior notice after February 28th 2017, all hotel nights reserved will be charged by the hotel. The final invoice (including VAT) can only be issued by the hotel. Please ask for this invoice at the hotel reception.
The personal information entered during your registration/order, or provided by you, will be held on a database of RMI Analytics AG and will not be shared with any other third party. An exception to this is information relating to your hotel booking, which will be transferred to the conference hotel.
It is mutually agreed that in the event of total or partial cancellation of the congress due to fire, strike, natural disaster (either threatened or actual), government regulations or incidents not caused by the organizer, which would prevent its scheduled opening or continuance, this agreement may be partially postponed or terminated as a whole. In this case, participants are not entitled to reclaim refunds on no account.
